Urban planning design
- We develop general plans, construction design, engineering infrastructure, road and bridge designs, and other feasibility studies and projects, which are reflected in the agenda of the Governor of the capital city, as well as the economic and social goals of the near future and the current year.

Author’s supervision
- We follow the government-approved “Rules for the Design Author’s Supervision of Construction Work” when implementing author supervision during the construction process, drawing from Article 4, Provision 4.1.32, Article 38, Provision 38.1.4, and 38.1.8 of the Construction Law of Mongolia.
Special license
- According to the order of the Minister of Construction and Urban Development No. ZT19-449/23 dated June 27, 2023, the “Urban Planning and Research Institute” was granted a special license to conduct work and services in accordance with the relevant provisions for a period of 5 years from April 26, 2023.
- The authority to develop urban development documents under the type “Urban Development General Plan, Partial Master Plan, Free zone development plan, Urban development action plan” has been granted for a period of 5 years starting on September 4, 2023.
ISO 9001 quality management system
The Department of Standard Metrology’s external audit team carried out an initial audit, andthe organization’s operations were evaluated without any inconsistencies.Following the successful introduction of the ISO 9001:2015 International standard, we receivedthe certificate from Ulaanbaatar City Governor D.Sumiyabazar on July 4, 2023.
As part ofintroducing the quality management system, 37 regulations have been approved and we are working to ensure the implementation.

Our team
A master plan, feasibility study, basic research, construction, and engineering infrastructure design work is a collaboration of many professions and skills.
In the development of master plans for cities and towns, engineers and experts from more than 20 fields participate, including geodesy, land administration and management, architecture, road transport, engineering infrastructure, the economy, and so on.
